Join growth-minded advisors for two days of implementation-focused workshops designed to help you build systems, create leverage, develop your team, and scale beyond yourself.
Many advisors hit a ceiling when their revenue is growing, clients are booked, but complexity is multiplying. And suddenly every decision, client issue, marketing initiative, and operational challenge flow through one person. You.
Playbook was built for advisors who are tired of being the bottleneck and ready to build a business that can scale beyond their personal capacity.
The goal isn’t to leave inspired. It’s to leave with a plan. At Playbook, you’ll spend two days working on your business, not just learning about someone else’s.

Playbook is designed for growth-minded advisors who are ready to scale beyond themselves. You want better systems, better processes, and better leverage. You’re looking for practical strategies, not theory. You believe your business should grow because of systems, not because you worked harder. This event is for you if you are:
but don’t have the systems required to scale sustainably
but feel like everything still depends on you
in your growth by time, capacity, or structure
your business like a CEO instead of operating as the bottleneck
Scaling doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when you intentionally build the systems, visibility, leverage, and leadership capacity required to grow beyond yourself. The Playbook Pillars provide the framework for creating a business that can scale with more structure, more efficiency, and less dependence on you.
Deliver advice clients can’t easily replace across investments, tax planning, and estate planning.
Build authority at scale through content and visibility.
Streamline repetitive work and create more capacity so you can focus on what matters most.
Build a team that executes without constant oversight.

"Big thanks to my good friend Eric J. Negron, CEPA® and the team for bringing together such smart, growth-minded advisors, and speakers.
Sessions like 'Become a Financial Broadcasting Company' and 'Automate the Right Way' reminded me that scaling doesn't mean doing more. It means doing smarter."
“I predict ScaleCon is going to be one of those special conferences you want to return to each year.
One that you're going to walk away a better person than you were when you walked in."
“Lots of great conversation on scaling, keeping it human, teaming, and building a dream team.
What a pleasure to be around people who want to grow, learn, and add value!”

Colleen Bowler knows firsthand what it means to build something meaningful from the ground up. Earning just $14,000 her first year in business while navigating a divorce and receiving full custody of her sick three-year-old, she started that advisory practice as a sole parent, with no support, but dedicated equal parts heart and hustle.
Over time, she grew that practice into a 7-figure firm, managing over half a billion in assets, all while staying committed to the human side of financial planning.
After putting a successful succession plan in place and selling her firm, Colleen co-founded C&J Innovations to help other advisors do the same: scale connection, not just operations.
Now, as co-creator of The Passport Package™, she’s giving advisors the tools to uncover what matters most to their clients and build trust that lasts.
